well 218.5 this am so far so good been a moderate winter with extreme temp variations. right now bone chilling cold, about 14.9 right now with a chilly wind blowing, heard a headline about turning down your thermostat to lose weight don't really agree with that may burn more fuel but your body also calls for more fuel and if your not careful you over eat. This year I haven't gained like many winters that comes from keeping the cupboard bare of comfort food. I did enjoy some instant potatoes someone left here and some mac and cheese a week or so ago.  Right now enjoying some healthnut bread and egglands eggs to make French toast with cinnamon and a tablespoon of molasses. its good and quite a meal, two slices is really overeating for me about a slice and a half makes a 400 calories meal of which I try to eat four a day with a couple of snacks.  One thing I found is Skippy's natural peanut butter and dark chocolate has only 6 grams of sugar per serving a little extra sat fat than regular Skippy's natural.  If you can control it peanut butter is a good weight loss food too much and you've blown it but control it and it really satisfies your hunger high in protein and mufa's.  Went through a few cans of Campbells's chicken and rice soup its good for people with colds and flu, about the flu and cold and viral infection they are subject to the will of God and can be taken care of by applying the Blood of Christ through prayer and authority, know someone who was healed of viral meningitis miraculously.  those critters can be commanded out in Christ Name that Name Yeshua Messiah is powerful and we can use it to conquer disease.
